Wedding Belles of the Ball
A bride is a radiant sight which can bring a smile to your face, but more than 11 brides together the one place was something really special.
The event was a charity ball in aid of Children With Leukaemia and the organiser, Laura Wallace, decided to do something a bit different as a theme. She invited married women to dig out their wedding dress and wear it one more time.
There were more than 60 people at the event dressed as brides, grooms, bridesmaids and wedding guests. Local businesses as well as individuals supported the event with products and prizes. There was even a wedding cake supplied by 'A Piece Of Cake' for the guests to enjoy.
Air Image was on hand to provide souvenir pictures of the 'Happy Couples' and sales of prints helped to raise even more money for the Children With Leukaemia charity.
Ayr company Mary's Flowers also provided a bridal bouquet to make the wedding pictures more special.
